Can't get in touch with anybody. Paid money in 2016, and now my credit is ruined because somebody with this team failed to do their job, and now no phone numbers let me speak to anyone about the issue.

User's recommendation: Avoid this company.

Will not honor the 100% refund contract for exit from timeshare

We contracted with TimeShare Exit team for a release from Hilton Grand Vacation Club timeshare in Las Vegas. Date of contract was March 7, 2018. Numerous times we have spoken on the phone and expressed our desire for a full refund as stated in our contract. We are still waiting. I sent a certified letter to this company at the address of record on the contract and had this returned to me as unable to deliver, no forwarding address per USPS. I feel we have been abandoned and would like assistance from anyone who has ever been able to get their money back.
